Job Description

Pursue your passion for delicious food, and break into the restaurant field, through this mentored introduction to the culinary arts. You will work closely with our head chef to develop a well-rounded skill set to build a strong foundation for your culinary career.

Duties and responsibilities include learning food cooking and preparation techniques, following chef instructions, preparing and portioning ingredients, storing food supplies, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. You’ll be responsible for maintaining knives and utensils, cleaning equipment and appliances, washing dishes, rotating fresh food stock, and adhering to strict food hygiene and safety standards.
