As a cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn’t the only thing that heats up — in this fast-paced environment, you’ll be expected to maintain poise under pressure.

Due to current needs, applicants with OPEN and DAYTIME availability will receive greater consideration. Flexibility is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner.
• Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed.
• Exercising good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff.
• Take initiative and distinguish yourself as a key contributor to our team
