It’s Prohibition at Charly’s Speakeasy at the Weatherford Hotel on November 11. The year is 1926 and Flagstaff is suffering the effects of the 18th Ammendment. Or is it? Babbitt Riordan is hosting a party for his good “friend” Don Guido.
Mobsters and their molls are gathered to hear the biggest secret to hit the country since it went dry. But when a body hits the floor, Elliott Mess of the FBI shows up. Everyone is a suspect as accusations fly and the interrogations begin. Was it Gina Fettucini with a stake of Asiago cheese through the heart? Or was it Vinnie Testosteroni with that violin case? Match wits with Elliott Mess as he searches for the killer. Everyone is a suspect – including you – as murder and laughter take over.
So put on your pin-stripe suit or drape yourself in boas and pearls and help Mess solve the crime! And when you arrive at Charly’s knock three times on the door and tell them Guido sent you.
What does your blessed Nonna’s fruitcake have in common with bathtub gin? Join Canyon Moon at the Weatherford and find out. The evening begins at 6PM on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at The Weatherford Hotel, 23 N. Leroux, Flagstaff. There is limited seating, so buy your invitations now by calling 928-779-1919 x 430.
